Qualifications:
ISBE Paraprofessional Approval required, NCLB highly qualified preferred; experience working with children; ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Successful candidate will assist the teacher in providing a well organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students with special needs can take full advantage of the instructional program.
Work Week:
Monday through Friday
Work Year:
174 days of student attendance; in-services as requested
Work Hours:
8:20 a.m. to 3:50 p.m.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and education and in accordance with collective bargaining agreement ($13.77 per hour minimum)
