Full-time, 225 days (10 month), Technology Department Secretary. Start day may be flexible depending on District needs.
Grade Level 6, starting pay will be $16.12-$16.87/hour
· Provide clerical support for the Technology Department.
· Answer phones for department and help desk and route calls to the appropriate person.
· Process Purchase Orders and invoices.
· Order equipment and supplies for the department.
· Process department absences in AESOP.
· Enter and maintain data and spreadsheets.
· Enter tickets into the Help Desk system.
· Five years of progressive experience in an office setting.
· Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, word processing, Excel, and other Office products.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Good problem solving skills.
