BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS
DISTRICT
The Behavior Specialist will collaborate in the coordination and operation of the district's Behavioral services, and to train and supervise other personnel in the utilization and participation in such service so that all students enrolled in the program may be brought as fully as possible to the level of functioning of which they are capable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Appropriate New Jersey Department of Education Certificate:
Psychologist or Social Worker;
Masters Degree in Behavior related field;
Board Certified Behavioral Analysis preferred;
Training and experience in provision of school-based Behavioral services.
Experience working with children with Behavioral Disorders.
Familiarity with inclusive education strategies.
Qualified to conduct appropriate screenings and assessments.
