Department Secretary (230 days) *subject to work schedule adjustment days
Essential duties:
• CTAE budgets/purchasing of supplies/materials
• CTAE inventory control
• Literacy Days & Spelling Bee prep
• System testing/assessments
• Graduation Waiver/Variances
• General clerical duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Manage and monitor the gifted & math endorsement
• Any other duties as assigned
• Reports to Deputy Superintendent
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Excellent computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Three years clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Business, computer and/or office training
Work experience in an educational setting
Experience in purchase orders and requisitions
