The Secretary shall provide organizational, clerical and secretarial assistance to his/her designated supervisor(s). Under limited supervision as appropriate, the Secretary shall apply and share required levels of knowledge and skill, exercise independent judgment, and initiate independent action in his/her fulfillment of his/her assigned duties and contribute to the overall effective and efficient operation of his her building or department and the district. In addition, the Help Desk Secretary shall create and manage Help Desk tickets; schedule technician appointments and possess basic technology troubleshooting experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior secretarial experience required with the ability to type 65 wpm and accurate data entry. Ability to effectively utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and other office software.
Public School experience preferred.
