Qualifications:
* Successful completion of an Apprenticeship Program and/or prior experience
* Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and work in cramped spaces
* Replace broken windows
* Knowledge of EPDM roof system repair
* General knowledge of plumbing, electric, HVAC, masonry and concrete
* Repair and/or replace wood and steel doors and frames
* Install new hardware or replace existing closers, panic bars, ect
* Repair and/or replace locks, classroom mortise, deadbolt, droprod, file cabinet, and desk drawers
* Repin lock cylinders, Primus, C, E, F, and wafer
* Knowledge of Asbestos regulations
* CDL ability to help salt and remove snow if needed
* Heavy equipment knowledge to help with playground and grounds projects
