In this position you will work closely
with the Superintendent, three Assistant Superintendents, the
Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operations Officer, the
Executive Director of Communication and Community Empowerment,
the General Counsel/Board Attorney and the Executive
Coordinator to Superintendent and Board.
The successful candidate will be
career-driven, goal and outcome oriented, passionate about
his/her career, and committed to making a contribution to the
students, teachers, administrators, and community.
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's required.
10 years progressive HR experience with 5 years HR management
experience sought.
SPHR or CCP preferred.
