In accordance with the provisions of Article XIV-B of the contract between the Flemington-Raritan Education Association and the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education, the following position is available:
Anticipated Opening
Supervisor of Special Services
2012-2013 School Year
Assist the Director of Special Services in :
-
Planning and development of special services and special education.
-
Providing staff supervision and development.
-
Coordinating of child study team activities.
-
Assessing of present procedures and programs
-
Serving as recruitment officer for special services specialists and teacher of special education.
Must hold a valid certificate.
Experience as a special education teacher or CST member preferred.
Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Experience in Special Services administration preferred.
12 month position
Salary with experience and degree, and comparable to leading central NJ school districts
Terms of employment as per the FRAA agreement
