School Nurse - RN - ECEC

OPENING :   School Nurse - RN    12-month, F/T

We want you to join our team if you qualify with:

• RN from an accredited school of nursing;

• A minimum of three (3) years experience in nursing;

• Licensure through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.  Candidates with experience working in a school setting, and/or with Native American populations are given preference.

   

  Special Requirements specific to the Early Childhood Education Center Nurse –  Must be familiar with Head Start and Early Head Start program requirements/regulations.

  Incumbent is required to pass a basic physical examination, provide proof of immunizations and negative TB clearance at time of hire.  Follow-up physical examinations and current immunizations are required and must be completed to maintain good employment status.  Documentation of the above medical actions is absolutely essential for the file and for the health of the children in the Early Childhood Education Center.  Incumbent must also obtain First Aid and CPR certification within the first three (3) months of employment from the date of hire and maintain certification subsequently.

Pay Range: $49,886 - $67,116
