Contract Terms:   Two Hundred Thirteen Day (213)

                             Administrative Salary Schedule

                             Salary Range $75,700 - $89,700

 

Qualifications:

 

Required:

 

  • Valid Colorado Principal License or eligible for same at time duties are assumed
  • Willingness to support and participate in standard staff dress code
  • Willingness to work within a Modified year-round calendar
  • Proven Instructional Leadership experience

 

Preferred:

 

  1. Valid Colorado Teaching License
  2. Minimum three (3) years of successful experience at the elementary and/or secondary school level

a.     (3) years experience working in an IB Primary Years Programme school.

b.    (3) years experience working in an IB Middle Years Programme school.

c.     Ability to demonstrate successful experience with student achievement data.

  1. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
  2. Completion of advanced coursework or specific experience in one or more of the following academic areas: mathematics, literacy, English Language Learners, or Exceptional Student Services
  3. Demonstrated experience in the role of an instructional coach in or outside of the classroom

 

6. Demonstrated personal professional development or experience in the following:

  1. Standards-based instructional system
  2. Professional Learning Communities
  3. Effective schools research
  4. Formative and summative assessments
  5. Response to Intervention
  6. Diverse populations
  7. 21st Century Learning Skills
  8. IB MYP Head of Schools/ IB Coordinator Training
  9. IB Level II or Level III Content area training
  10. Kagan Coaching for Cooperative Learning
  11. Kagan Cooperative Learning 5 Day Training
  12. Win Win Discipline

      8.   Provide detailed information specific to a priority initiative in your building / organization.  Specifically address the needs assessment, written goals,

           strategies to accomplish the goal(s), means of progress monitoring, evaluation.  What measurable student achievement was gained?  If there was no
