All candidates need to submit an on line application which includes a cover letter, resume, and letters of reference. Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate with experience in the sport of football either as a player or coach. The candidate must be up to date with certification in first aid and CPR prior to working with students. Documentation must be on file with nursing services prior to the start of work.
Candidates seeking this position should possess the ability to teach techniques and have an understanding into proper fundamentals to assure proper safety is being met. The coach needs to be able to promote an atmosphere that is consistent with educational athletics.
Candidates for this position must have competed the MHSAA CAP program, Levels 1 and 2 within the first two years of holding the position.
