Elementary Principal (Grades PK-6)

Kingsland Public Schools has a 1.0 FTE Elementary (Grades PK-6) Principal position available for the 2012-13 School Year.  Candidates should hold or be eligible for a Minnesota Administrative license.

The Elementary Principal candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, strong discipline and communication skills, ability to build student rapport, technology skills.  

Curriculum Leadership, Instruction, and Assessment:  Experience with curriculum mapping and analysis of data (NWEA, MCA and Data Warehousing) for the purpose of shaping instruction, and a cooperative professional approach to educational leadership.   

Responsibilities also include the ability to successfully activate the following initiatives: Title I coordination, district testing, 1-to-1 iPad implementation, PBIS, PLC, RTI and Project Lead the Way: Gateway to Technology.
