Qualifications:
60 college credit hours or Work Keys/other ISBE requirements for meeting both State and NCLB Paraprofessional Approval;
Positive attitude, calm demeanor, flexibility and dependability a must;
Ability to work as a cooperating member of a team and effectively communicate with students, teachers, parents and administrators;
The preferred candidate has successful experience working with children with special needs and a level of understanding with respect to non-violent, crisis intervention techniques.
Salary:
$10.33/hour
