JOB
TITLE:
ROYAL OAK HIGH SCHOOL
Varsity Boys Soccer Coach
(Season runs tentatively from August 6, 2012 - November 16,
2012)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Must have a minimum, HS Diploma or
equivalent
2.
Strong knowledge of the rules, regulations and
fundamentals of the sport
3.
Successful high school experience coaching high
school soccer preferred
4.
Experience working with high school age
students preferred
5.
Proven values and core beliefs that are
consistent with the school community
6.
Outstanding organizational and communication
skills
7.
Ability create and maintain a program of
excellence that is positive, safe, educational and
sportsman-like
8.
Ability to organize and plan regular season
practice and training
9.
Ability to supervise assistant and
sub-varsity coaching staff
10.
Ability to work with parent booster club
to support the program
11.
Ability to foster positive relationships
with parents and community members
12.
Expected availability for practices or
games every school day for a minimum of 2.0 hours during
soccer season
13.
Game days must be available until 9:30
p.m.
SALARY:
Appropriate placement on ROEA Supplemental Schedule B
