Principal for Pre-K through 8th grade with a school population of 450. The principal shall possess a vision of learning to promote the success of all students facilitating the development, articulation, implementation and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. The principal shall promote the success of all students by advocating, nurturing and sustaining a diverse school culture and instructional program conducive to student learning and staff professional development. He/she shall ensure management of the school, operations and resources for a safe, efficient and effective learning environment. The principal shall collaborate with families and community members responding to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilizing community resources. He/she shall act with integrity, fairness and in an ethical manner. The principal shall promote the success of all students to understanding the profile of the community and responding to and influencing the larger political, social, economic, legal and cultural context.
QUALIFICATIONS:
