Task Force Responsibilities:
1. Examine current and new reading interventions
used within the district
2. Determine necessary interventions targeted toward
reading fluency, decoding and comprehension
3. Develop K-8 reading intervention
implementation flow chart
4. Determine pre-, during and post-reading progress
monitoring tools for all reading interventions
5. Develop staff development for new
reading interventions
6. Task force will meet up to 20 hours outside
of contractual school hours
7. Task force needs to be completed by September 30,
2012
Compensation:
$600.00 Maximun for 20 hours of work
