About
Arlington Heights School District 25
Description:
Arlington Heights School District 25 is currently seeking a Director of Teaching and Learning for the 2012-13 school year.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Illinois Administrative Certificate
Preferred candidates will posses:
Experience as a building principal for at least 4 years
Experience as an educator at all levels: Elementary, Middle and High School
Experience as a building and/or district instructional technology specialist
Experience supporting and enhancing the development of students and staff as global citizens
Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction or Educational Leadership

The mission of Arlington Heights School District 25 is to provide a superior education for a lifetime of learning. District 25 is located in the central part of Arlington Heights, Illinois, covering an area of approximately 10 square miles. The District also includes a small portion of neighboring Mount Prospect and Rolling Meadows. District 25 has seven elementary (K-5) schools and two middle(6-8)schools.
