Position:
Needham High School is accepting applications for the
position of Junior Varsity Boy's Basketball Coach for the 2012-13 winter season. NHS is a member of the highly competitive Bay State Conference and competes in the league's Carey Division. NHS is looking for a skilled leader, mentor and
communicator, with proven coaching experience, to help continue to build and develop its strong boy's program.
Playing experience is preferred, and candidate must demonstrate the
ability to maintain a competitive team, and overall program, while adhering to
the values of NHS and the rules and regulations of the BSC and the MIAA. The JV Coach will also be expected to work with the Varsity and Freshman coaches to establish consistent terminology, teaching techniques and a unified philosophy across all levels of the NHS Boys Basketball Program.
