JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Three to Five years of administrative experience
(Principal, assistant Principal)
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory abilities
• Highly effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
• Master’s degree in school administration and supervision. Michigan Administrator Certification required.
• Experience or knowledge of SIOP, RTI, Assessment Disaggregation, and Federal/State Programs and funding.
• Experience working with diverse cultural communities and urban environment.
