Class V, Independent Hourly Wage is $15.11 - $22.59

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

 All aspects of Apple Macintosh computer hardware repair.

Working knowledge of Apple Macintosh OSX, OSX Server, iOS, Windows XP/7 operating systems, common productivity, web-based and database knowledge.

Working knowledge of Apple Macintosh and iOS network connectivity & troubleshooting.

 Apple Hardware repair certification preferred.

 High level technical support and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support and repair of Apple Macintosh computers and related peripheral hardware, in coordination with other technicians. Manage parts ordering, delivery and return.

Computer Operating System support for Apple Macintosh OSX, OSX Server, iOS, Windows XP/7. Application support for common software titles such as Office, Google Docs, and email. Use of management tools such as ARD, Casper, Altiris.

 Support for maintaining local area network connectivity for Macintosh and Windows desktop computers including TCP/IP configuration, configuration of network applications such as email and web client software.

 Meet/Exceed required hardware repair and technical service response-time goals. Accurately complete Work Order documentation in a timely fashion. Demonstrate a high level of teamwork and communication in all activities. Must be customer focused and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
