Salary Range: $188.90 per day for duration of assignment. Note: This is a non contracted position and is not eligible for benefits or tenure.
Description: Long Term Substitute position to begin approximately August 27, 2012 and continue until approximately November 9, 2012.
Qualifications: Successful candidate will have demonstrated successful special education teaching experience and successful collaboration with general education teachers and IEP team members to create a strong learning community. Montana Teacher certification with Special Education endorsement required.
Job Summary: Perform all of the duties of a high school special education case manager and teacher including teaching district curriculum and standards, completing necessary special education paperwork, maintaining and analyzing assessment data to inform teaching, collaborating with team members, facilitating a partnership with parents and adding to the culture of the school as a learning community.
