Anticipated PC Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four-year college degree in electronic technology, computer technology and/or equivalent professional certifications
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and peripherals
• Knowledge of routers and switches
• Knowledge of OS X Servers and Workstations
• Experience with Citrix and Windows
• Experience with Apple Macbooks, iMac's, and ipads, including networking, software deployments, and troubleshooting
• Ability to operate personal computers and networking equipment printers
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and provide quick and innovation solutions to computing problems
• Knowledge of software diagnostic tools and their use
• Ability to remove and reinstall hardware components
• Ability to establish and maintain helpful and friendly atmosphere for computer and network support
• Experience in providing training to employees
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License and possess the ability to drive to different sites
