Classroom Assistant - Behavior Interventionist

Title: CLASSROOM ASSISTANT - BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST                   

Qualifications:       

·          High School Diploma or equivalent required

·          Experience in areas of behavior management and behavioral planning preferred

·          Trained in or willing to be trained in non-violent crisis intervention

·          Able to follow specific student goals and objectives

·          Able to follow specific behavior plans

·          Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

·          Assists students who have behavioral difficulties

·          Works with teachers to support behavior plans

·          Independent worker who assists in running student success center

Location:      Donelson Hills Elementary          

Salary:                    $10.23 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

Starting Date:         TBA   

Fingerprinting is required.   The fee is $50 payable by money order, check, or cash
