Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Public Administration or Related Field from an Accredited College or University
Master’s Degree Preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Public Administration, or Related Field from an Accredited College or University
Three to Five Years of Related Experience

Knowledge of Current Education and Instructional Theories, Methodologies, Techniques, and Principles
Ability to Coordinate Projects and Programs for Students and Families
Ability to Communicate Effectively, Work with Others as a Team, Organize, and Maintain Records, Evaluate Performance and Provide Constructive Feedback

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with school staffs and administrators to identify and address specific program/project needs.
Provide leadership in a team of staff members to develop a comprehensive component of programs, which address the needs of students and families in the district.
Develop a broad based approach to sustain the funding of assigned program/projects in the district, including collaboratively researching and writing grant applications.
Monitor evaluation design and coordinate the evaluation components of grants.
Design and implement professional development to a diverse program staff.
