The focus of this job is to support the daily operations of the Department of Assessment and Accountability in preparing for district and State assessment administration and data management.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Create, file and retrieve documents
· Create and maintain databases/spreadsheets
· Manage office space
· Data entry
· Manage budgetary transactions, including purchase orders, check requests, travel requests, and time cards
· Work collaboratively with other team members
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite
· Proficient in use of email and internet
· Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
