Hi-Def Site Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Site Manager will:

1. Report directly to Program Director and work as a team leader with staff, students, parents and community.

1. Provide supervision and support to staff, students, and bus drivers during program hours in order to make sure activities are delivered as intended.

1. Understand, support, and promote the desired outcomes of the program.

1. Be present on site during program hours. Monday- Thursday and on specific Saturdays.

1. Ensure staff and students are assigned classrooms and have signed-in.

1. Keep records of enrollment, emergency contacts, daily attendance, staff time sheets, student progress and test scores. Help record and report data.

1. Provide parent contact when students are not present at assigned times.

1. Oversee the safe delivery of students by coordination with bus driver and transportation director. Monitor students until they are on the bus or picked up by car.

1. Coordination and distribution of daily meal.

1. Communicate with school-day teachers regarding specific student needs.

1. Communicate to Director any specific program needs.

1. Perform any job duties as assigned.
