Qualifications/Requirements
:
Experienced dance instructor skilled in
teaching proper technique and school appropriate
routines
Knowledge of Dance/Pom competition
guidelines, qualifications and procedures
Flexible time schedule (two season
sport)
Good organizational and communication
skills
Responsible for inventory, distribution
and collection of uniforms
Attend and support all school activities
associated with their team
Organize and attend summer camps and
in-season competitions
Coordinate and communicate
with Varsity Coach
Enforce Athletic Code of Conduct, team
and school rules
Serve as a role model for
students
Organize and direct fundraising
activities
Organize and schedule all
practices
Turn in all forms as required by the
Athletic Dept in a timely manner
Previous Dance/Pom coaching experience
preferred
