Position: School Readiness Substitute
Location: Mill Ridge and Morris St. School readiness Program Classrooms On call sub for part and full days. Job Responsibilities: Implement activities as prescribed by Head Teacher Supervision of children in the classroom, outside on the playground and during field trips. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of college coursework in early childhood education, family studies or human development. Child Development Credential (CDA) or AA degree desired. Experience working in a classroom setting with a minimum responsibility for 10 children. Ability to work collaboratively with other classroom staff Attend staff meetings and other trainings as required. First Aid and CPR, good health certificate and fingerprinting/background check required. Salary: $10.00 per hour.
