Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $25,295. Annual Starting Salary
Work Schedule: 8.0 Hours per Day, 52 weeks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of care, operation, and use of common maintenance
tools.
possession of good physical coordination and manual
dexterity
Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License.
Experience and knowledge in one or more maintenance crafts or
semi-skilled trades.
Ability to physically perform required work, includes ability
to frequently lift and carry objects weighing 80-100 lbs. or
more. Must pass a required physical examination.
Ability to work with a variety of cleaning, snow removal, and
lawn care equipment and products.
Maintain a good attendance record and is punctual.
Notice: House Bill 190 mandates that we request check
of BCI & FBI records regardless if how long an employee has
resided in Ohio. This means all new employees must pay a total
of $46.00 for fingerprinting.
