About
Glencoe School District 35
This new position will include management and maintenance of all district data, including collection of information, data entry, and security. The Database Coordinator position will include but not be limited to reporting procedures for Illinois Student Information System(SIS), managing Skyward Student and assisting others using these programs (i.e, report cards, Gradebook, Family Access, etc.), documenting and recommending monthly verification systems, and working with the District Network Manager to maximize network efficiency with database access and use. Anticipated start date for this position is August 1, 2012.
Qualification:
Experience with: Skyward Student and/or Financial data system, database maintenance and design, ISBE Student Information System preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills needed and an ability to work collaboratively with others in an elementary educational setting.
