About
Trumbull County Educational Service Center
Work site:
E. J. Blott Elementary, W.S. Guy Middle School, and/or Liberty High School
Qualifications:
Meet one of the following requirements for qualification as a paraprofessional (ESEA-No Child Left Behind):
Completion of 2 years of study at an accredited institution of higher education (48 semester or 60 quarter hours).
Associates (or higher) Degree from an accredited institute of higher education.
Parapro Assessment certification.
Capable of working with special needs students and their families.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Willingness to complete physical crisis intervention training.
Duties:
Work under the supervision of the Special Education Director in providing services to special education students and other at risk students. Ability to perform work in accordance with job description.
Contract:
Part-time: morning and afternoon hours available
