Director of Personnel and Employee Quality
Under limited supervision, assists the Chief
Human Resource Officer in planning, coordinating and implementing and directing
District personnel activities, policies and procedures, including but not
limited to employee recruitment and selection, information and records management,
and other functions as assigned. Performs related professional and
administrative work as required. Reports to the Chief Human Resource Services
Term of Employment - 240 Days
Requires a Master's degree in
education supplemented by nine to twelve months of administration experience in
an education environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training
and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must
possess a valid professional certificate with administration certification and state
