Description:

 

The Zionsville Education Foundation (ZEF), a charitable organization that raises funds to provide grants in support of innovative programs for students within the Zionsville Community Schools, is looking for a new Executive Director.  (Our current Executive Director is transitioning to a position at Pleasant View Elementary School.)  The Executive Director is responsible for maintaining and growing ZEF's visibility within the community, supporting and increasing ZEF's fundraising efforts, and maintaining ZEF's financial growth in order to provide enhanced educational opportunities in support of ZEF's mission.  Tasks include planning and administering fundraising activities, including donor retention and new donor development programs; establishing and maintaining ongoing community relations and outreach strategies to encourage support, recruit volunteers, and promote general awareness of ZEF; administering ZEF's grants process; and generally managing ZEF's day-to-day operations.  The hours for the position vary but are approximately 30 hours per week on average.
