Duties

Teach four sections of social studies at the high school level and three sections of enrichment courses at the middle school.


Salary/benefits

Per negotiated agreement including, individual health insurance with dental and vision coverage.



QualificationsIl Type 09 certificate with social studies endorsement.  Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of current “Best Practice” teaching methods, knowledge of Common Core standards, student centered teacher with a positive attitude and the ability to establish effective rapport with students. .  Provide regular assessment of student progress. Master’s degree in History is desirable but not required.
