Head coach is director and coach of the team reporting to the district Athletic Director. Responsible for supervising assistant coaches where applicable, selecting players for the team, organizing practice sessions, establishing training rules and developing systems of play.
Requires NJ teaching certification (preferred) or substitute teacher credential with coaching endorsement, q ualifying NJDOE criminal history review and minimum of 60 college credits to apply.
