Assistant Superintendent for Administration &
Personnel

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should possess prior administrative
experience, demonstrated district leadership abilities,
excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills,
organizational skills and the technology skills necessary to
promote educational excellence. Candidate should exhibit the
ability to lead a dynamic, caring and dedicated staff, on a
district-wide level, towards continuous improvement of
teaching and learning. The responsibilities of this position
will include hiring and management of certified personnel,
supervision of administration, oversight of educational
issues, and other district-wide programs. CT-092
Certification is required.
