21st CCLC Family Liaison

The Family Liaison will support 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC students and families, working to alleviate obstacles or issues that impact student success and/or attendance. These services will include, but not be limited to: conducting and documenting parent/guardian personal contacts, including home visits; coordinating needed services and support for student, parent/guardian and/or family; facilitating student/family transportation to 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC events and activities, as needed; assisting with student enrollment process for 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC program; supervising students, as requested; and completing required record keeping and data.
-At least once monthly documented personal contact with 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC parents/guardians will occur to identify student/family needs and ensure participation in 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC programming and access to supports and resources
-Anticipated hours: 8 hours per week, primarily after-school and/or Saturday morning hours anticipated; however, Administration and Family Liaison will determine specific schedule based on student and family needs.
-Required participation in 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC Coordination Team meetings and ongoing 21<SUP>st</SUP> CCLC professional development and workshops
-Rate of pay: $15/hour
