QUALIFICATIONS:
· Five or more years of successful teaching experience
· Bachelor's Degree, Masters in Reading or Reading Endorsement, required
· Appropriate certification/licensure required
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Experience presenting and working with teachers to improve their practices
· Technology skills (able to use e-mail, Microsoft Office, web searches and technology-based learning)
