The Canton Board of Education is seeking a business manager with outstanding financial and leadership abilities to administer the business affairs of the District in a manner that provides the best possible educational services with the financial resources available.
Qualifications :
Successful individual should have skills in budgeting, financial analysis, ability to prepare financial and statistical summaries or reports; ability to work effectively with persons at all levels; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; knowledge and experience with state and federal statues and regulations concerning school business affairs and school finance. Candidates should preferably have a degree in business management, school administration, finance or accounting and hold or be eligible for the 085 Connecticut School Business Administrator Certificate.
