EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SPECIALIST
Responsible for providing expertise on and coordination of all employee benefit programs for employees of Forest Hills Public Schools. Benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental and vision, life insurance, and long term disability, COBRA compliance, coordination of 403B plans, and worker's compensation.
Full Time / 52 weeks / Salary and benefits in accordance with Supervisory Contract
Minimum of Associates Degree in Human Resources, Benefits or related area or 3 years of experience with benefits coordination.
Excellent technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to efficiently learn and utilize new software applications.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, motivation, dependability and adaptability.
