7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M
Duties of Position:
Receptionist, answering the phone, directing calls and
providing assistance; greet and assist visitors in the
Nutrition Services Office; maintain records for the Child and
Adult Care Food Program for district Pre-K and
Child Development Center children; work with applications for
Child Nutrition Program Benefits; assist with
other office duties as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
Must have strong customer services skills and experience
working with the public. Must have the ability to
communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Must be
proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel,
and must have good keyboarding and organizational
skills. Experience with USD 259 student databases and
other district software preferred. Regular attendance
required.
Typing Test Required - 35 words per minute minimum
