BRIEF DESCRIPTION / POSITION SUMMARY:
PC Specialist - Position Type - IT
Full-time 12-month, Monday-Friday, with full benefits.
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with occasional flex hours.
Mid-level technical support includes: installing,
configuring, repairing and troubleshooting individual and lab
PC's / Mac's; general support of end users to address
individual hardware/software needs; acts as primary technical
resource for school departments. Users are primarily
teachers and support staff in a large public suburban high
Include but not limited to the following: School
department hardware and software support; facilitate technical
communications with school departments; maintain school
department software inventory; carry out help desk requests
from school teachers and support staff; and work with group
supervisor to ensure prompt customer service.
