About

Salary:
Placement on the appropriate salary schedule per the Negotiated Agreement.
Hours:
Nine months
Part-time
Description:
Strong knowledge of best practice in literacy for students in grades K through 5
Strong knowledge of and experience in providing targeted interventions for students in grades K through 5
Experience in analyzing data to determine focus areas for instruction and intervention
Strong communication skills
Ability to serve as a teacher leader / coach
Knowledge of and experience in use of Guided Reading Plus as an intervention
Qualifications:
State of Illinois Teaching Certification (Type 03 )
Reading Specialist endorsement
