Accountability:
Building Principal, Instructional Technology
Job Summary:
Ensures technology and data positively
impact student achievement through curriculum integration, data
collection and analysis, and staff development.
Models effective, efficient, legal and
ethical use of data and its impact on instruction throughout
the building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for coordination and
implementation of the District Comprehensive Assessment Plan at
each building site.
2.
Responsible for collection, analysis and
dissemination of building data.
3.
Coordinate on-going staff/student training
opportunities through:
·
Faculty meetings
·
PLC time
·
District-wide training opportunities
4.
Leads building-level discussions on data
driven dialogue with teacher teams.
·
Provides up-to-date data to teacher
teams
·
Facilitates data discussions that impact
differentiated instruction in the classroom.
5.
Attend all Friday Learning Services
professional development sessions.
Skills and Requirements:
1.
Classroom teaching experience- 5
years
2.
Ability to coach other teachers
3.
Ability to lead meetings and facilitate
discussion
4.
Well organized with good time-management
skills
5.
Strong people and communication
skills
