The Board of Directors of Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative located
in Plumerville, AR is seeking applicants for a new Director.
Duties of the Director include, but are not limited to, administer the
programs and services of Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative; recommend the
employment of certified and classified personnel authorized by the AFESC Board
of Directors; prepare the budget for adoption by the AFESC Board of Directors; direct
expenditures of funds within the budget; and perform other duties as required by
the AFESC Board of Directors and the policies, rules and regulations of the
Arkansas State Board of Education.
The Director must hold an administrator’s certificate and meet all
requirements to serve as a superintendent of schools in the State of Arkansas;
or have an equivalent level of education and administrative experience and
obtain the approval of the Arkansas State Board of Education.
The application deadline is Thursday August 2, 2012. Salary is negotiable. A salary schedule will not be posted.
