                    TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE AND SCHEDULER/REGISTRAR 

 

One (1) Position:                        Integrated Arts Academy – District Education Center

                                                TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE

                                             4 hours/day

                                             Teacher Days (194 days)

                                             Tier 6 =  $17.96 hour

SCHEDULER/REGISTRAR

            4 hours per day – Monday through Friday.

                                             260 days/year

                                             Tier 6 = $18.84 per hour 

                                             Monday through Friday approx. 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  (flexible)

Responsible To:  Integrated Arts Academy Dean/Principal, and/or Technology Coordinator

 

Position Purpose: 

  • To provide technical assistance to students and staff members in a technology setting.
  • Create and maintain Master Schedule that runs student schedules, report cards, honor roll, transcripts and other reports. 
  • Register new students; create a schedule that meets the students’ needs
  • To provide maintenance assistance in the computer/technology laboratory.
  • To provide data management for assessments.
  • To provide clerical assistance to building staff members including the principal

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2012:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112.  This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
