Work with staff and students to support the technology goals of the district
Operate, maintain, update and repair building computer equipment
Support and train staff and students with software, media and technology use

§ Promote a user-friendly, businesslike environment
§ Assist small groups or individual students or staff in project work utilizing technology
§ Troubleshoot malfunctions and arrange for repairs of technology equipment
§ Schedule equipment use and computer lab time
§ Maintain inventory of hardware and software
§ Install updates to software and operating systems as required
§ Process orders for technology supplies as needed
§ Set up equipment as needed
§ Provide assistance in maintaining the network
§ Install software and configure systems
§ Provide technical assistance to students and staff in the operation of computers and use of software:
- Word Processor
- Presentation
- Grade Management
- Internet Browser
- Graphic Utility
- Spreadsheet
§ Provide support in video and audio tool use:
- Video Filming
- Video Editing
- Video Projection
- Audio Systems |
