Hamilton Community Schools
has a vacancy for an Elementary Vocal Music Teacher at Bentheim,
Blue Star, Hamilton, and Sandyview Elementary Schools. This
is a .6 FTE position with a prorated benefit package.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to create both a flexible classroom
program and a class environment favorable to learning and
personal growth.
Must be able to establish effective rapport with pupils and
good relationships with parents and other staff members.
Must work collaboratively with other members of the Music
department.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with elementary students is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors or higher degree
Valid Michigan teaching certificate
with a Music Endorsement (JX or JQ)
Must be Highly Qualified
