Hamilton Community Schools seeks an experienced educational leader to serve as the Principal for Hamilton Elementary.
Candidate Profile: *Proven leadership in Elementary Education *Must hold a Michigan Elementary Education Teaching Certificate *Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Teaching and Learning *Michigan Administrator certification or eligibility for certification *A minimum of five years of successful elementary teaching experience required *Experience in RtI and differentiated instruction preferred *Ability to demonstrate how data has been used to direct instruction *Proven record of collaborative team leadership *Provide for all aspects of instructional leadership and supervision of programs and staff *Effectively manage communication within school, community and with parents *Be visible and available to students, staff and parents
