A candidate that demonstrates an educational philosophy providing instructional leadership in developing an educational program of high student achievement.
An individual knowledgeable in K-8 curriculum to plan, operate, and evaluate the educational program with the ongoing effort to improve instruction.
A results oriented individual that works collaboratively with teachers and administrators to maintain the efficient operation of a K-6 building
A candidate must be a dynamic communicator and possess high standards of integrity and performance.
An individual to administer the school program in accordance with district philosophy, policies, objectives and state laws ensuring a safe, efficient and effective learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
1. Masters Degree with emphasis in instruction and curriculum development
2. Minimum five years successful teaching
3. Administrative experience at the elementary/junior high school level
4. Illinois Administrative Type 75 Certificate
