Kidstop Support Specialist (School Age Care)

 

Primary Function: To inspire and prepare all students with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning, by working under the direction of the Community Education Coordinator, Programs and Operations to support and assist in technology, program delivery, staffing, marketing and enrollment processes.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the publications department and external entities as required, to create and maintain current promotional and marketing materials according to the yearly timeline and program need.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of web-based and on-site systems to support program enrollment & efficiency.
  • Support Kidstop staff with AESOP, Applitrack and employee paperwork, and department processes.
  • Maintain, update and trouble shoot a variety of software and web based systems for the Kidstop program and all programs related to it.
  • Maintain and keep all Web, BLOG, network, Internet communications and systems current.
  • Develop web based trainings and systems for the program.
  • Maintain and update folders and files (web, intranet and on site).
  • Monitor attendance on a weekly basis at each program site.
  • Assist the administrative team in making changes to enrollments and staffing based on weekly attendance.
  • Assist the program by marketing to target groups including schools, parent groups, and community members.
  • Assist with the development of methods to recruit new enrollees.
  • Assist the Coordinator by keeping accurate revenue and expense records.
  • Provide Program Managers financial information when families are in arrears.
  • Analyze and work with Community Education Program Managers to ensure financial purchasing consistency from site to site.
  • Performing other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as assigned.


Qualifications: Requires an Associates degree or equivalent and 3 years success working in a similar position. Applicant must possess excellent skills in technology, marketing, written and verbal communication, organization and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. 


Job Type:  Full-Time

Schedule: In order to best meet the needs of our customers and our staff team, the hours for this full time position will vary within the hours of 6:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Occasional evening and weekend hours may occur.


Bargaining Unit:  Communications
 
Salary Range:  Class IV, $18.63 - $24.16
